Returns Policy
Bow ProShop offers the following
Returns Policy: You may return an
item to us within 30 days of
purchase. Refunds issued in the
same manner they were made to
Bow ProShop less shipping
charges. You must email us at:
admin@bowproshop.com . There
will be 20% restocking fee for
total merchandise returned. Give
a brief explanation why you are
returning the item (so that we may
better serve you). Any item that
has been damaged due to
misuse is nonreturnable. Bow
ProShop will not pay to have the
items returned nor will we accept
any COD's. Envelope size
mailers may be sent USPS.
USPS has size limitations; you
must contact them or ship ground

hours; except weekends.
Occasionally it may be take 3
to 5 days before an item ships;
if this is so, you will be sent an
email and given the
opportunity to cancel your
order.
United States: Shipping rates
vary per order and shipping
address,
International: We will ship
internationally. You must email
us with the items you would
like to purchase along with the
address it is being sent to. We
will contact you by email and
let you know the shipping cost.
Bow ProShop cannot be
responsible for your items
after they have been shipped.
We ship all items as per
customer request. The US
Postal Service and UPS are
accountable for the time it
takes to deliver your purchase.
